The Increasing of Employee Performance Through Discipline, Motivation, and Organizational Culture

The purpose of the study was to determine effects dicipline, motivation,and organizational
 culltural on imploiyee in PT. Swadaya Graha Gresik samples using total sample ( sampling ) sessus by selecting direc emploiyes as many 62 people. Data were analysed multiple liniar regresion. results linear regresion anlysis proved that diciplin, motivation and organizational cullture have significant influince partially performance employess at Simultaneously motivation, organization are also shown significantly influense employee Graha. These can be interpreted their has been opplied improve employees
